We like to invite clients to the office to meet us all and it gives us a chance to understand your requirements fully. Whilst re-assuring you that we are a great group of people to work with. Before you even decide to work with Orbitals we think it's right to produce a tailored proposal for your project. We make suggestions, prove our understanding and provide you with timescales.

Right from the beginning we will do our best to understand exactly what it is you want to achieve from your project. We want to know everything about your business, and put ourselves in the position of your customers. This applies whether you are a large national company, or small self employed business. We also give you a finish date, and we will make sure we hit it - even if it means the team working through the night to do so!

After understanding everything you require we get to work.

In the case of any design work we normally create three very different designs for you to choose - and we then carry this route forwards and design your whole project, liaising with you continually to make sure we are heading in the right direction.

Throughout the development of project you will be able to view the work in progress at a secure client extranet. This ensures that at any point, if you want something changing we can do it without it having an impact on the proposed live/finish date. We also keep track of all your comments so we know exactly what you require.

During development, we like to be proactive and suggest improvements as the project evolves. We want to deliver the best quality work that we can.

In the case of a website, once everything is finished, we spend time working closely with you to fine tune everything before setting the site live.
